Rare Regency Period 1834 Giant Sterling Silver Two handled Sugar Bowl by Edward, Edward Junior, John & William Barnard. A magnificent large and heavy two handled Regency Style Sugar Bowl made in 1834, London. As you can see from the photos the bowl is magnificent, has two large cast and applied scrolled handles. To the inside still retains some of its original gold gilding, a generously large ridge design bowl to the outside which sits upon four large and very decorative feet. These bowls are becoming very hard to find in this huge size. Has a super monogram to the front. A very collectable item from the Regency Era. Hallmarks are as follows: Makers mark EEBJW, date letter t for 1834, King William IV side cameo portrait, lion for .925 purity of Sterling Silver and Leopard for made in London. Condition: A few marks here and there but nothing serious, displays very well, nice period item. Size: 220mm wide, 155mm deep, 105mm high. Weight: 375 gms.

Rare William IV 1835 Antique Sterling Silver set of four tea spoons by Mary Chawner A very rare set of spoons from King William IV reign by very famous woman Silversmith maker Mary Chawner, widow of William Chawner II. There are four teaspoons in total each carrying the crest of a bird, no monogram’s. The hallmarks are as follows : MC for Mary Chawner who produced her silver from 1834-1840. Lion for .925 purity of solid silver, leopard for made in London, date letter u for 1835. William IV side cameo portrait. Items by Mary Chawner are widely collected as there were few woman silversmith makers at this time and she only produced her silver for six years. Condition: near mint condition with only light surface marks no dents to the bowls. Size each spoon, 135mm length and 30mm wide to the bowl, Weight for all four spoons 90 gms. Highly collectable set of four spoons, nice period items.

Very Fine Solid Silver Antique 1831 King William IV English Sauce Ladle Very Fine Solid Silver Antique 1831 King William IV English Sauce Ladle As you can see from the photos this Solid Silver Antique Sauce Ladle was made during the reign of King William IV. It is Hallmarked stamped Date letter q for 1831 by respectable Jonathan Hayne, who produced his silver from Clerkenwell District City of London. Hallmarks as follows William’s Side Cameo Portrait, Lion for .925 purity of Silver, JH for Makers Mark. It has a superb highly polished finish, monogrammed to one side of a line, obviously commissioned by a wealthy family of the time. Condition: Close to mint condition one small bump to the bowl nothing serious. Size : 185mm length,62mm width of bowl, Weight 58 gms. Good English Silversmith Maker.

Very Fine example of a Large Solid Silver Antique English Breakfast Spoon A superior large and heavy Solid Silver Antique English Breakfast spoon, handmade in the reign of King William IV,the piece is date stamp r for 1833, also we see the King's Side Cameo Portrait along with the Leopard for London and Lion for .925 Sterling Silver. Makers Mark WC for William Chawner II who produced only spoons and flatware from 1815-1833. The piece has a superb fiddle and thread handle with a double edge border to front and back. Becoming hard to find early pieces of this large variety. Condition: a couple of marks here and there but nothing serious. Very nice English Antique piece. Size: 85mm long Weight: 48 gms
